Installation Guide
Step 1: Prepare the Ceiling Layout
Before installing, please check if you are installing ceiling area in a clean, dry and unobstructed surface. Make an outline of your ceiling height and grid plan that’s very easily done, with a little measure and care, for the design plan that you have.
Step 2: Install Suspension Rods with Expansion Bolts
Driven at the grid point spacing indicated in the general instructions, drill holes in the ceiling. Expansion bolts and suspension rods should be securely fixed in the ceiling, but not the best! Cut rods so that they are as tall as vertical and required.
Step 3: Mount the Primary Tees
The primary tees are attached to the suspension rods by brackets. The best tee position for the primary tees is against the longest wall dimension and parallel to this direction, with the brackets fixed to the wall. Tap the primary tees and set them flat.
Step 4: Install Cross Tees
The suspension system between primary tees is connected to brackets to cross tees. The snaps fit cross tees into binding, arranging to form a grid pattern layout. Make sure that the grid is square and set it and the leveling spirit level all the way through.
Step 5: Place Ceiling Panels
The ceiling panels can swing in the grid from below, up into place. If you have a very tight space to work through, you can tip the panel down and simply drop it into place through the opening. Ceiling panels should be even and secure on the tees.
Step 6: Final Adjustments and Finishing
